Process for changing the name & objectives

First, the board has to pass a resolution to choose a new name and then change the company's objects. You will need to produce some new documents, which would be needed for approval from RoC with respect to this.
The required forms for changing the name and objects are filed. The company must also provide the projected turnover details for 3 years and a written declaration that the company will start the business which is stated in the objects within a duration of 6 months.
